Kitchen basket - Rattan

Lovely rattan basket, perfect for baguettes, onions or greens in the kitchen. This basket will add a lovely element to any countertop.

Inspired by my childhood growing up in Spain.

This basket is produced by women in Bangladesh, ensuring them fair pay and a safe work environment. We are proud to be part of a new established workplace for women in the city of Dhaka. Here the women, have special designed washrooms, where they can change, prepare for prayer, wash and have access to free sanitary items. On top of that, they have a visit every month by a local gynecologist, who is is there to help them with female hygiene, health questions and any other questions.
